We build TravelWatt to be the charger you take on every trip and never think twice about. If it doesn't work out for you, we want to make that easy to fix — not something you have to fight for.‍ ‍

Lifetime Warranty
Every TravelWatt charger is covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects — overheating, failure to charge, faulty overcharge or reverse-polarity protection, and similar defects that aren't caused by misuse. If your unit ever fails under normal use, contact us at samo@travelwattcharger.com and we'll repair or replace it, free of charge.‍ ‍

30-Day Free Returns
Not the right fit? You have 30 days from delivery to return your TravelWatt charger for a full refund — no restocking fee, and we cover the cost of return shipping. Just email samo@travelwattcharger.com with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid return label.‍ ‍

Ordered the Wrong Voltage or Connector?
TravelWatt is configured to match your specific eBike or eScooter, and it's easy to select the wrong option by mistake. If that happens, email us a photo of your battery's charging port or label and we'll send you a free exchange for the correct configuration — you don't need to pay for shipping either way.‍ ‍

How to Start a Return or Exchange‍ ‍

  1. Email samo@travelwattcharger.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.

  2. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with a prepaid shipping label and instructions.

  3. Once we receive your charger, refunds are processed within 5 business days back to your original payment method.
