These Terms and Conditions govern your use of travelwattcharger.com and any purchase made through it, operated by Lion Power Engineering ("we," "us," "our"), trading as TravelWatt, based in Slovenia, European Union. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and Pricing All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate, but errors can occur; if we discover a pricing or listing error after you've ordered, we will contact you before charging or shipping.

Orders and Payment By placing an order, you're making an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline (for example, in cases of suspected fraud or unavailable stock). Payment is processed securely at checkout through our payment provider.

Shipping Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are listed on our Shipping page and at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you once your order is handed to the carrier; ownership transfers once payment is received in full.

Returns, Exchanges, and Warranty Our Return Policy, including our 30-day return window and warranty coverage, is set out on our Return Policy page and forms part of these terms.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers) If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, in addition to (not instead of) the return policy above. Our 30-day return window already exceeds this minimum.

Intellectual Property All content on this site — text, images, logos, and the TravelWatt name and branding — belongs to Lion Power Engineering unless otherwise noted, and may not be used without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or site, beyond the purchase price paid. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded, including for defective products under applicable consumer protection law.

Prohibited Use You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it.

Online Dispute Resolution EU customers may also access the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr to resolve disputes out of court.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.

Changes to These Terms We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
